Welcome to issue 12 of Electric Acorn, the twice yearly ezine of the Dublin Writers Workshop. Once again it's packed with the best writing from Ireland and abroad.

Readers might comment on the significantly greater number of poets featured, compared to short-fiction writers. This mirrors the proportion of submissions coming from writers of each genre, and not any prejudice on the part of the editor (honestly).
