After last issue's
excellent guest editorship by Chris Neenan, I'm back at the
helm for one more issue before taking a wee break while I
try to re-start my PhD (ahem). So there will only be one issue
of Electric Acorn in 2005 - we should get back to normal by
the end of 2006, says she ever hopefully.
But there's wonderful work in Issue 16, more
than enough to keep us going for a while. I'm delighted to
feature the fine Irish poet Nigel McLoughlin, who favours
us with seven poems, as well as work by current and former
members of the Athens Avenue Writers Collective, a virtual
writers' group with members across the globe. They are Moshe
Bennaroch, Janet I. Buck, Del Corey, Maria Jacketti, Ward
Kelley and Jack Wesdorp.
There's also good work from new and established
Electric Acorn writers who I'm sure you'll enjoy.
See you next year!
