Priscilla Robinson

Cafeteria Rumble

You both drink coke
and I choose coffee.
This simple breach reflects
the bigger one I see.
I am sitting on a third chair,
opposite neither of you,
I listen and
you both talk,
but not to me.

Biography

I was born in County Armagh in 1968 and grew up in Dublin with a six-year stay in Cork city, where i did a Masters in Drama (specialising in Community Drama) and produced programmes for a college based community radio station. I have been writing since a teenager and am now working towards my first collection of poetry.
